30-Day Refund Guarantee:

We offer a 30-day refund guarantee for customers who purchase EmailWritr and wish to request a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@emailwritr.com and provide their order details.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The customer must provide their order details, including the order number and purchase date.
  3. The customer must clearly state the reason for the refund request.

Refund Processing:

Once the refund request is received and deemed eligible, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Please note that depending on the payment method and the customer’s financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s account.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Services or products other than EmailWritr software.

Refund requests are made after the 30-day refund window has passed.

Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Changes to Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our users via email, and will be effective immediately upon posting.
